We're Hiring – Medical Representatives (MRs)

We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented Medical Representatives to join our growing sales team.

- Mumbai and Delhi NCR

Qualification
- B.Pharma, B.Sc. / Science Graduate, MBA

Experience 2–6+ years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical/device sales preferred.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Gynecology and/or Gastroenterology segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular visits to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote and demonstrate the company's medical products and healthcare solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare institutions.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage the assigned territory and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate market intelligence and provide regular feedback to the management.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Participate in conferences, CMEs, exhibitions, camps, and other promotional activities.
- Maintain regular reporting of field activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.

Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Hindi and English.
- Strong presentation and convincing skills.
- Valuable knowledge of the assigned healthcare market.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary-

18-25k (depends on interview)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
