Are you passionate about pharmaceutical sales and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals? We’re looking for motivated Medical Representatives to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

- Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, specialists, hospitals, and chemists.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct field visits, product presentations, and product detailing.
- Participate in CME programs, medical camps, and product launches.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prescription patterns.
- Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability.
- Maintain daily call reports (DCR), sales records, and expense reports.
- Follow company policies and applicable pharmaceutical marketing regulations.

Requirements

- B.Pharm, B.Sc., or any relevant graduate degree preferred.




- 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and basic medical terminology.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Proficiency in the local language, along with Hindi or English.
