Job Summary The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to doctors, healthcare professionals, and other relevant stakeholders. The role involves building strong relationships with doctors, explaining product features and benefits, achieving sales targets, managing the assigned territory, and contributing to the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, physicians, and other healthcare professionals regularly to promote pharmaceutical products.
- Explain product benefits, indications, dosage information, and relevant clinical information in accordance with approved product literature.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned pharmaceutical products.
- Develop and implement effective territory sales plans to increase product awareness and sales.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand product reach within the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor products, market trends, and healthcare industry developments.
- Prepare daily doctor visit reports, sales reports, and other required documentation.
- Organize product presentations and participate in medical meetings and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with sales managers and team members to achieve business objectives.




- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company policies and applicable pharmaceutical marketing regulations.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to conduct field visits and meet sales objectives.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representative roles.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical products and basic medical terminology.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently in the field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
