About the Company

MK PHARMACEUTICAL is looking for a motivated and result-oriented medical representative to strengthen its pharmaceutical sales team and expand its presence in the assigned territories.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced medical representatives with strong communication skills, knowledge of pharmaceutical sales, and the ability to build productive professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products, conducting regular doctor visits, developing business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals regularly to promote the company's pharmaceutical products in different areas surrounding the Rampur and Rudrapur area.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and chemists.
- Explain product features, benefits, indications, and approved product information accurately.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute an effective daily and weekly field visit plan.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and product demand.




- Coordinate with stockists and distributors to support product availability.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales updates, and market feedback to the reporting manager.
- Maintain professional conduct and comply with applicable pharmaceutical marketing regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 35 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or as a Medical Representative.
- Graduate in any discipline; a science or pharmacy background is preferred.
- Positive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships with doctors and chemists.
- Strong fieldwork discipline and a target-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of the local pharmaceutical market in Rampur or Rudrapur will be an advantage.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
