We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic BSc MLT graduate to join our new diagnostic lab in kalarcode Alappuzha. In this role, you will manage laboratory procedures while playing a key role in our community care initiatives by conducting home sample collections and patient health screenings. You will be an essential part of our mobile care team, bringing diagnostic support straight to those who need.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct home visits to collect blood and other biological specimens safely and professionally.
- Perform on-site health screening and vital checks following standard operating procedures.
- Strictly adhere to bio-medical waste disposal protocols and local guidelines for sample handling and safety.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical sample logs while ensuring patient comfort and hygiene.




- Work collaboratively as an active team member to deliver compassionate service.

Qualifications & Requirements: Education: BSc MLT from a recognized institution inside kerala.

Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience (freshers with strong practical knowledge are welcome to apply).

Skills: Robust lab procedure knowledge, excellent patient communication skills, and a high enthusiasm for teamwork and field-based care.

Preferred: Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle for local travel around Alappuzha.

Location: Kalarcode, Alappuzha

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
