Key Responsibilities

- Research US state medical board requirements and identify the appropriate license application.

- Coordinate with healthcare providers to collect required documents.

- Prepare, complete, and review licensing applications for accuracy.

- Request and track verifications required by state medical boards.

- Follow up with state licensing boards until applications are approved.

- Maintain regular communication with providers and respond to calls and emails promptly.

- Update task management systems and track application progress.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain accurate records.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal English communication.

- Strong spoken English with the ability to communicate clearly with US-based providers.

- Close attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

- Robust coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in MS Office, email,



and task management tools.

- Reliability in responding to calls and emails within 24 hours, preferably by the end of the same business day.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in US medical licensing or healthcare operations.

- Knowledge of US state medical boards and medical license application procedures.

- Experience handling provider documentation and verification processes.

- Experience communicating with US-based clients or healthcare professionals.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
