Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital media and social media strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, stories, and campaigns.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and marketing teams to produce high-quality digital content.

- Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, competitor activities, and emerging digital platforms.

- Manage paid digital advertising campaigns and coordinate with performance marketing teams to improve campaign results.

- Track and analyze social media performance, website traffic, reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.





- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on data and insights.

- Maintain consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and communication across all digital channels.

- Manage online communities, respond to audience interactions, and coordinate customer enquiries.

- Collaborate with internal teams to promote products, services, company announcements, and marketing initiatives.

- Monitor online brand reputation and handle digital communication issues professionally.

- Stay updated on new media technologies, platform algorithms, content formats, and digital marketing developments.

- Identify opportunities to improve audience growth, brand awareness, and digital marketing performance.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
