What You'll Do :

Research & Prototyping :

- Rapidly explore and benchmark new ML/GenAI techniques
- Build proof-of-concepts that demonstrate business value

Platform Architecture :

- Design microservices, data pipelines, and model-serving infrastructure
- Build systems that meet demanding performance, latency, reliability, and cost targets

MLOps & Developer Experience :

- Build CI/CD, automated testing,



and observability for models and services
- Work with GitHub Actions/Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Prometheus/Grafana

Performance Engineering :

- Profile and optimize model inference across GPU/TPU environments
- Improve data throughput and overall system reliability

Security & Compliance :

- Embed DevSecOps, data privacy, and governance controls across the ML lifecycle

Technical Leadership :

- Contribute to technical roadmaps, mentor engineers, and represent MediaMint in communities

What You Must Bring :

- 10 years of software engineering experience with significant experience in AI/ML systems
- Strong Python expertise and proficiency in at least one of Go, Rust, or Java
- Full-stack development experience with contemporary front-end frameworks such as React/TypeScript
- Deep understanding of at least one cloud provider : AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX)
- Experience with model-serving stacks such as Triton, TorchServe, or KServe
- Infrastructure-as-Code proficiency with Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation

Bonus Points :

- Publications or patents in ML/GenAI
- Experience with vector databases, feature stores, or online/offline experimentation platforms
- Familiarity with AdTech, MarTech, or Revenue Operations
