Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings, layouts, general arrangement drawings, and equipment drawings.
- Perform basic mechanical engineering calculations required for equipment selection, sizing, and project execution.
- Read and interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;) and coordinate with process, piping, electrical, and instrumentation teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage mechanical project activities from engineering through installation, commissioning, and handover, with minimal supervision.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), Weekly Progress Reports (WPRs), and project status updates for management.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Identify technical and execution challenges, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Work on ETP, STP, and Waste water treatment that includes ATFD, MEE and other waste treatment technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.




- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering and project execution.
- Experience in water and wastewater treatment projects, preferably ETP and STP.
- Hands on experience in ZLD systems like MEE, ATFD.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and P&IDs.;
- Knowledge of basic mechanical calculations and equipment installation.
- Experience in project planning, site coordination, contractor management, and progress monitoring.
- Ability to prepare DPRs, WPRs, and management reports.
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
