Key Responsibilities:

- Review, validate, and report laboratory test results with high diagnostic accuracy.
- Oversee day-to-day pathology laboratory operations and ensure quality service delivery.
- Develop, review, and implement SOPs, policies, and laboratory documentation.
- Conduct internal audits and support NABL/CAP/ISO accreditation requirements.
- Monitor quality indicators, CAPA, and regulatory compliance.
- Train and guide laboratory staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational protocols.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MD in Pathology with valid medical registration.
- 5 years of experience in hospital or clinical diagnostic laboratories.
- Solid experience in laboratory audits, SOP preparation, quality management systems, and lab operations.
- Knowledge of NABL, ISO 15189, CAP, or similar accreditation standards preferred.
