- Handle misconduct, absconding, and behavioral issues.

- Ensure policy, labor law, and compliance adherence.

- Analyze ER trends and drive corrective actions.

- Conduct ER and conflict resolution training.

- Partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to improve workplace culture

- Any Graduate

- Robust communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skill

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
