Job Summary

TUV India Pvt. Ltd., a part of the TV NORD GROUP, is hiring an experienced Material Coordinator for a Data Center Construction Project in Navi Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have 58 years of relevant experience in site material coordination, inventory control, material tracking, stock management, and material reconciliation, along with hands-on working experience in SAP.

Important: Candidates from pure Purchase, Procurement, Sourcing, or Commercial backgrounds will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily site material coordination activities for a Data Center Construction Project.
- Monitor material receipt, storage, issuance, movement, and consumption at the project site.
- Maintain material inward/outward registers, Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), stock registers, and material reconciliation reports.
- Use SAP for material receipt, stock tracking, inventory updates, material movement, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate material inventory records and ensure timely updates in SAP.
- Coordinate material requirements with Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting, MEP, and project execution teams.
- Monitor stock availability, material shortages, excess stock, and material wastage.
- Track material consumption against approved BOQ and project requirements.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile actual stock with SAP inventory records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly material status reports and MIS.
- Ensure proper material storage, handling, identification, and traceability.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, PMC teams, and client representatives for material-related activities.
- Support material inspection, documentation, and quality compliance.




- Ensure accurate material documentation and compliance with project procedures.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Any Graduation + PG Diploma / Degree in Material Management Mandatory.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in site material coordination and inventory management.
- Data Center Construction Project experience Mandatory.
- Hands-on SAP experience in Material Management / Inventory Management Mandatory.
- Knowledge of SAP MM inventory functions, GRN processing, stock movement, material issuance, and inventory reconciliation.
- Solid knowledge of material inward/outward, stock registers, material tracking, reconciliation, and inventory control.
- Experience working at construction project sites, preferably with PMC / EPC organizations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong coordination, documentation, communication, and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Material Coordinator / Material Controller / Site Material Management professional.
- Experience on Data Center Construction Projects.
- Hands-on SAP MM experience, especially in inventory and stock management.
- Background in PMC, EPC, or construction project execution.
- Candidates from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, or nearby locations preferred.
