We are looking for an all - rounder - a one-stop-shop Marketing Professional capable of taking complete ownership of our brand presence, driving marketing initiatives from initial concept to high-impact execution.

You will be the single point of contact responsible for strategy, branding, content, and vendor management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- End-to-End Execution & Accountability: Take 100% ownership of all marketing deliverables, from brand naming and positioning to project launches, collateral creation, and on-ground campaigns.
- Social Media Management & Content Creation: Independently handle end-to-end social media channels—generating engaging posts, reels, and stories, writing compelling captions, and managing daily posting schedules across platforms.
- Plotted Development Marketing: Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies specifically designed for our current and upcoming niche plotted land development projects.
- Internal & External Communication:



Serve as the central anchor for all project communication, coordinating with external digital agencies, graphic designers, video production crews, and marketing vendors.
- Video Content & Media Shoots: Plan, direct, and oversee regular video shoots, site walkthroughs, and photography to capture authentic project progress and create compelling visual content.
- Digital & AI-Powered Workflows: Leverage modern AI tools alongside Meta, Google, and social platforms to streamline content creation, optimize ad workflows, and generate quality leads.
- Brand & Collateral Development: Create and maintain project presentations, brochures, site signage, sales kits, and digital communication materials.
- Site Visits & On-Ground Content: Travel to project sites whenever needed for work to record real-time updates, monitor branding execution, capture visual content, and understand project progress on the ground.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, track marketing KPIs, and optimize lead pipelines in close coordination with the sales and management teams.

- Real Estate / Plotted Interest: Prior exposure to land development, plotted layouts, or real estate marketing is a major plus, but a sharp learning curve matters more.
- Social Media & Content Expertise: Hands-on capability in content writing, social media management, reel creation, and audience engagement.
- AI-Fluent: Well-versed in leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, video generation tools, etc.) to multiply your speed and output quality.
- Video & Visual Storytelling: Strong comfort level with planning, shooting, and directing video content on-site and in-studio.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Ability to manage external partners, hold them accountable, and enforce strict timelines.
- Clear Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client-facing messaging and internal alignment.

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or modern AI-driven design/editing platforms.
- Experience running or auditing Meta Ads, Google PPC, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of video editing, drone shoot planning, and visual content production.

WORK LOCATION & TRAVEL

- Office Location: Emaar Digital Greens, Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram.
- Site Travel: Travel to project sites across Rajasthan, Haryana, and UP whenever needed for work. Site visits and travel are an integral part of this role.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
