Role Description The Marketing Specialist will work full time on-site in Gurugram, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive awareness and adoption of BharatTender’s platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market and competitor analysis, and developing messaging that clearly communicates the value of BharatTender to target audiences.

The role involves creating and managing digital and offline marketing initiatives, supporting sales with relevant collateral,



and engaging with customers to gather feedback that informs marketing strategy.

The Marketing

Specialist will track key performance metrics, optimize campaigns based on data, and contribute to the overall brand positioning and go-to-market efforts.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication skills for clear messaging, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in Market Research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Experience in Sales support and lead generation to collaborate with the sales team and drive conversions.
- Ability to develop and execute Marketing Strategy aligned with business goals and target segments.
- Customer Service orientation to understand user pain points and improve customer experience.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and channels (e.g., social media, email campaigns, performance marketing).
- Ability to interpret data and marketing analytics to refine campaigns and report outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in B2B or SaaS/marketplace environments is an advantage.
