– Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented marketing skilled to manage branding, digital marketing, lead generation and promotional activities for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for real estate projects to generate qualified leads and support sales.
- Manage digital marketing, social media platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads and property portals.
- Create and coordinate festival creatives, greetings and creatives for important dates and occasions for social media, WhatsApp and other marketing channels.
- Develop and coordinate brochures, project presentations, advertisements, banners and other marketing collaterals.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, designers,



vendors and internal sales teams for timely execution of campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, cost per lead and marketing ROI.
- Conduct competitor analysis and assist in project branding, launches and promotional activities.

Required Skills:

- 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management and lead generation.
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop or other creative-design tools will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
