Job Title: Hospital Marketing Manager/Sr. Manager

Location: Noida

Experience: 7 to 12 Yrs

Education - MBA in Marketing

: We are looking for a highly experienced marketing qualified from the Hospital / Healthcare background.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute marketing plans to increase OPD, IPD, and overall footfall through BTL activities, health camps, and outreach programs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, TPAs, and referral partners for patient referrals.

Handle corporate tie-ups, TPA empanelment follow-ups, and ensure smooth coordination for business generation.

Coordinate with digital team for social media, Google presence, and ATL/BTL activities. Ensure brand visibility in catchment areas.

Plan and execute CMEs,



doctor engagement meets, health awareness camps, and RWA activities in nearby areas.

Track competitor activities, market trends, and daily reporting of activities and conversions.

Coordinate with Operations, Doctors, and Front Office teams for promotional activities and smooth patient experience.

Required Candidate Profile:

Must have worked with a reputed Hospital / Multi-Speciality Hospital.

Strong network in medical fraternity & local market.

Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills.

MBA in Marketing / Hospital Management preferred.
