Octane Fitness Gyms is looking for a dynamic, creative, and result-oriented Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and grow our membership base.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for gym memberships and promotions.
- Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, and online branding.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into gym memberships.
- Plan promotional activities, events, collaborations, and local marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales teams to achieve membership and revenue targets.
- Track campaign performance and improve marketing ROI.

Requirements:
- Experience in marketing, preferably in fitness, gyms, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.
- Robust communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Creative mindset with a focus on measurable results.

Location: Mohali / Chandigarh / Panchkula / Zirakpur Salary: Competitive, based on experience Opportunity: Grow with a rapidly expanding fitness brand.
