Gonivia Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to grow awareness, attract users, and support the growth of our digital products.

Location: Zirakpur, Chandigarh Work type: Full time, On-Site Experience: 3–5 years Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you’ll do

- Plan and execute marketing strategies for our products.
- Grow organic traffic through SEO, content, and website optimisation.
- Manage social media calendars, posts, reels, and audience engagement.
- Create basic graphics and short-form videos.
- Run and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Develop user acquisition and engagement initiatives.
- Track traffic, campaign performance, registrations, and conversions.
- Take ownership of day-to-day marketing decisions and execution.
- Coordinate with freelancers or agencies when specialist support is needed.

What we’re looking for

- 3–5 years of practical digital marketing experience.




- Strong working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media.
- Good writing, planning, and communication skills.
- Basic graphic design and short-form video editing ability.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- An understanding of user acquisition, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics.
- Someone proactive who can manage multiple priorities and work independently.
