For B-school students, who believe mental health matters.

We're a mental wellness platform, more at our profile. You know your campus better than any app does. Come help us reach the students who need Suman most, and run a real go-to-market campaign while you do it.

The setup:

- Fair compensation, 100% remote, from your own campus, anywhere in India
- No fixed hours: 3 hrs or 10 hrs a week, your call. Campus activities happen during your college week; we don't work on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
- What matters: your campus actually starts using Suman, and every activity is run safely and well
- 3 months, extendable

What you'll do:

- Own Suman's launch on your campus, from first sign-ups to a campus-wide habit, and track the numbers like a real campaign
- Partner with your student council, clubs and fest teams
- Share honest feedback from your batch: what works, what doesn't, what they'd pay for

You bring:

- Enrolled in an MBA, PGDM or integrated management program
- Batchmates already trust you and come to you
- You've organised something before: an event, a club, a fest team,

a campaign
- Discipline to deliver without anyone checking in every hour

You get:

- Decent stipend, paid on the last working day every month• Complete schedule freedom: async, outcome-based
- The chance to co-author a student-wellbeing study, where your college supports one
- Certificate + LOR on completion
- Robust performance → Suman core team roles or referral to other partner organisation.

To make your application stand out:

1. Download and try Suman: www.suman.health
2. Write a short plan (one page max): – one feature you loved in the app, and why – one thing you've organised before, and how it went – a short brief on how you'd get 100 batchmates to try Suman in your first month, without pushing anyone
3. Apply on LinkedIn, then email your plan + CV to [email protected] with subject "Marketing Intern – Your Name"
