Kalpanika.ART is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Lead and manage the marketing team.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition and sales growth.
- Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance.
- Coordinate with content, creative and sales teams.
- Analyse market trends, competitors and customer behaviour.
- Track KPIs and prepare marketing performance reports.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in marketing and team management.
- Solid strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, branding and campaign management.
- Experience in lead generation and sales growth.
- Excellent communication, planning and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet business objectives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kochi, Kerala
