Role Description This is a full time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Thrissur.

The Marketing

Executive will plan and execute marketing activities to promote the company’s interior and exterior construction services, including developing campaigns, preparing marketing materials, and managing both online and offline channels. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying potential clients and project opportunities, supporting sales initiatives,



and coordinating with the operations team to align marketing messages with project capabilities. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, attending meetings or site visits as needed, and tracking the performance of marketing and sales efforts to support business growth.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Market Planning and Marketing activities to support business objectives.
- Strong Market Research skills to gather insights on customers, competitors, and local construction trends.
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction, presentations, and internal coordination.
- Sales and Marketing skills to generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing.
- Two Wheeler is a must.
- Prior experience in construction, interiors, or related industries is a plus.
