Key Skills & Responsibilities

- Pleasant Personality: A confident, courteous and smiling demeanour, with a positive attitude and a customer-friendly approach.
- Effective Communication: Good verbal communication and presentation skills to interact with prospective customers and explain project features, benefits and investment potential convincingly.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with prospects, understand their requirements and invite them for meaningful project discussions.
- Lead Generation: Undertake proactive marketing activities, generate current leads, follow up with enquiries and develop prospective customer relationships.
- Site Visit Coordination: Schedule and coordinate site visits, accompany customers to project locations and provide a professional on-site experience.




- Driving Skills: Must know how to drive a four-wheeler confidently and possess a valid driving licence, as the role involves taking customers to project sites.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets and digital communication tools for customer follow-ups and lead management.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Tamil and working knowledge of English are desirable. Knowledge of Telugu will be an added advantage.
