We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to plan, coordinate and execute content and personal branding activities, working closely with our marketing agency, leadership, Sales and internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Plan and coordinate project and office shoots with our marketing agency
- Manage leadership personal branding content, from ideas to publishing
- Run the leadership LinkedIn content calendar (posts, carousels, videos)
- Coordinate daily LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp Status content
- Work with Sales to capture project and site content
- Follow up with the agency on edits, revisions and approvals
- Keep ClickUp/CRM, Google Drive and content trackers organised and updated
What We're Looking For
- Strong coordination, ownership and follow-up
- Organised, detail-oriented and good with deadlines
- An eye for spotting content opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
- Comfortable with ClickUp/CRM and Google Drive
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills
You'll own the full flow: Idea → Planning → Shoot → Agency → Review → Approval → Publishing → Tracking
