Job_Description: **LeadManagement & Follow-ups

Generate and identifyleads through online portals and initiate contact with potential clients.

- Perform regular follow-ups with prospective clients and suppliers to improve conversion rates.
- Track lead status and ensure timely movement through the sales pipeline. **Reporting& MIS
- Prepare and share daily/weekly lead generation and follow-up reports.
- Maintain basic MIS related to enquiries, conversions, and pending leads.
- Share qualified and successful leads with the sales team for further action and closure.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support successful deal closures. **Portal &Database; Management
- Ensure correct listing, updates, and visibility of company offerings on online portals.

Requirements

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint , with working knowledge of AI tools .
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers via phone calls, emails, and chats.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
