Job Purpose:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers with an MBA specialization in Marketing to join our team as Marketing Executives. The role involves supporting marketing, branding, student recruitment, and admissions activities to promote the universities academic programs. The candidate should have solid communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an interest in building a career in education marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the universities academic programs.
- Conduct outreach activities in schools, junior colleges, degree colleges, and other educational institutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Support student lead generation, follow-ups, and admissions conversion activities.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, career guidance sessions, and promotional events.




- Support digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, and other promotional activities.
- Maintain student lead databases and prepare reports on marketing and outreach activities.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to support student enrollment targets.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, student preferences, and education trends.
- Represent the university professionally during institutional visits and marketing events.

Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA in Marketing from a recognized university or institution (mandatory).
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior work experience is not required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to travel for marketing activities, institutional visits, and promotional events, as required.
