Man Investment Services Private Limited is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation & Digital Growth Consultant to design, implement, and optimize a scalable digital lead generation and customer engagement ecosystem.

The consultant will be responsible for building the technology stack, automation workflows, CRM processes, lead nurturing systems, and performance dashboards needed to support rapid business growth.

This role is ideal for a hands-on consultant who can combine marketing strategy, CRM expertise, process automation, and sales enablement to increase lead conversions while reducing manual effort.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar)
- Build automated workflows for email, WhatsApp, and lead nurturing campaigns
- Integrate website, landing pages, ads, and lead forms into the CRM
- Develop lead scoring and lead-routing processes
- Create sales pipelines, dashboards, and KPI reporting




- Improve lead response times and conversion rates
- Document processes and train internal teams

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM implementation, or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Make.com, or n8n
- Experience in financial services, lending, insurance, real estate, or B2B services preferred
- Robust understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and conversion optimization
- Excellent project management and communication skills

Contract Period : 3 months and renewable Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month

Experience

- in marketing automation and growth marketing: 3 years (Required)
