Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, digitally savvy Marketing Associate who understands content, social media, video editing and influencer marketing. This role is for someone who can take an idea from concept to execution — whether that means editing a reel, creating a social media post, coordinating with a creator or helping bring a campaign to life.

You should be comfortable working across content creation, short-form video editing, social media management, influencer collaborations and day-to-day marketing execution. You should know your way around tools such as Canva and CapCut, have a good eye for visual storytelling, and understand the kind of content that captures attention on Instagram and other digital platforms.

We are looking for someone who is creative but practical, organised but resourceful, and willing to get hands-on with the actual work. You should be able to spot a trend, develop a content idea, execute it quickly and contribute to building a consistent, distinctive brand presence for HULP.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation & Video Editing: Create and edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, stories, social media posts and other digital content using tools such as Canva, CapCut and similar editing applications.
- Social Media Management: Support the planning, creation and execution of content across Instagram and other relevant social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual identity.
- Creative Development: Translate marketing briefs, campaign ideas and business priorities into engaging content concepts, visual assets, captions and creative formats.
- Influencer Marketing:



Research relevant influencers and content creators, assess their audience and content style, coordinate outreach and manage communication for potential collaborations.
- Creator Coordination: Coordinate influencer briefs, deliverables, timelines, content approvals and publishing schedules to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, brand collaborations, product promotions and social media initiatives.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on Instagram trends, trending audio, viral formats, creator content, emerging platforms and relevant conversations to identify opportunities for HULP.
- Content Calendar: Help maintain the monthly content calendar, coordinate upcoming posts and campaigns, and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
- Brand Communication: Ensure that content, captions, visuals and creator collaborations align with HULP’s positioning as a premium lifestyle and home operating system.
- Performance Tracking: Review basic social media and campaign performance, understand what content resonates with the audience, and use those learnings to improve future execution.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work with internal teams to gather inputs, develop content ideas and support marketing requirements across the business.
- Creative Organisation: Maintain an organised library of content, raw footage, edited videos, design assets, influencer details and campaign material.

Eligibility Criteria

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, content creation, influencer marketing or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut and video editing tools.




- Ability to independently edit short-form videos and create social media creatives.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, social media formats and current content trends.
- Familiarity with influencer identification, outreach, collaborations and campaign coordination.
- Strong written communication skills, particularly for captions, content briefs and creator communication.
- Good visual sense, attention to detail and an understanding of digital-first brand communication.
- Ability to manage multiple creative tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn, experiment and execute ideas in a fast-paced workplace.
- Graduate in marketing, communications, media, advertising or any relevant discipline; candidates from other disciplines with strong practical experience are also welcome.

Preferred Skills

- A strong personal understanding of social media culture, trends and content formats.
- A portfolio of edited videos, social media creatives, content projects or influencer campaigns.
- Familiarity with Instagram Insights and basic social media performance indicators.
- Exposure to influencer marketing platforms, creator databases or campaign tracking tools.
- Ability to write engaging captions and develop content hooks that capture attention.
- Experience working with lifestyle, consumer, hospitality, fashion, beauty, premium or D2C brands will be an advantage.
- Initiative to bring new ideas rather than simply execute assigned briefs.
- A balance of creativity, speed, ownership and attention to detail.
