Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing activities, promote the company’s products and services, generate leads, and strengthen brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, marketing knowledge, and the ability to coordinate campaigns across different channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement digital and offline marketing strategies.
- Manage social media platforms and coordinate content creation.
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve marketing and business targets.
- Assist in organizing promotional activities, events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and marketing partners.
- Support brand-building initiatives and ensure consistent brand communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications




- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role preferred.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.
- Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Creative thinking and a target-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with social media marketing and online advertising.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and marketing analytics.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management.
- Experience in campaign planning and performance tracking.
