We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented Community & Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our Kozhikode centre, build a vibrant coworking community and drive occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Growth: Drive occupancy and revenue by generating leads, conducting workspace tours, following up with prospects and converting enquiries into memberships.
- Community Building: Build strong relationships with members and organise networking events, workshops and community activities.
- Local Marketing: Drive local promotions, business collaborations and brand awareness in Kozhikode, working with the central marketing team.
- Member Experience: Ensure member satisfaction, encourage renewals and referrals, and address concerns proactively.
- Networking & Partnerships: Build relationships with entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, business associations and local professional networks.
- Centre Management: Oversee the overall performance of the centre, coordinate with supporting teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ownership & Initiative: Identify opportunities, develop new ideas and take initiatives that improve occupancy, revenue and community engagement.

Who We Are Looking For
- A natural people person with strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, self-driven and capable of taking ownership and initiating current ideas.
- A background in hospitality, hotel management, digital marketing, event management, marketing, sales, business development,



coworking or community management is preferred.
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM), client servicing, lead generation, sales conversion or customer retention is an advantage.
- Exposure to event planning, corporate events, networking meetups, brand activations or community engagement is desirable.
- Familiarity with social media marketing, local promotions, partnerships and business networking.
- Strong organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- A business-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities that improve occupancy, revenue and customer engagement.
- Graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply. Relevant experience, initiative and attitude will be given importance.
