Language Requirements:

The candidate must be able to speak the local language fluently. Knowledge of Marathi is mandatory.

- Generate recent B2B leads through outbound calls.

- Contact dealers, distributors, retailers, institutional customers and business prospects.

- Identify potential customers based on company requirements and target markets.

- Maintain and regularly update the lead database.

- Make daily professional calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Introduce company products, services and business opportunities.

- Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.

- Conduct systematic follow-ups with interested prospects.

- Contact potential dealers and distributors.

- Explain dealership/business opportunities and product portfolios.

- Coordinate with the sales team for further discussions and appointments.

- Maintain regular communication with existing channel partners.

- Provide basic product information to customers.

- Communicate product features, benefits,



applications and commercial information as approved by the company.

- Share brochures, catalogues, presentations and other marketing materials.

- Escalate technical queries to the concerned technical/product team.

- Qualify leads based on customer requirement, location, business potential and interest.

- Schedule meetings or calls with the Sales/Marketing team.

- Follow up on quotations, proposals and business discussions.

- Maintain proper status of every lead until closure or further action.

- Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams.

- Forward qualified leads to the appropriate sales person.

- Support dealer meets, campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.

- Assist the team in achieving monthly business-development objectives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
