- Experience in driving process improvements based on gap analysis between current practices and system capabilities.
- Work closely with distribution and 3PL operations teams to ensure smooth warehouse management system functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring minimal disruption to DC operations.
- Provide support for Distribution Centres operating in both EST and PST time zones.
- Ability to effectively interface and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
