- Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop, including scheduling repairs, assigning work orders, and managing inventory.

- Supervise and train technicians and mechanics to ensure that work is performed safely and efficiently.

- Maintain accurate records of repairs, labor hours, and parts used.

- Ensure that the workshop is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the workshop,



including safety protocols and quality control measures.

- Manage and track the performance of the workshop and its employees, including productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Requirements:

- Solid organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Good customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
