Role Overview
We are looking for a Manager TBI (Incubation) to support the day-to-day operations of TBI NIET and strengthen the startup incubation ecosystem. The role involves identifying promising startups, enabling access to partnerships, government schemes, industry collaboration, mentorship, and startup engagement programs, while working closely with the Head of TBI for the smooth functioning of the center.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage promising startups for incubation and ecosystem support
- Enable startup growth through targeted ecosystem facilitation, including:
- Partnership development
- Government scheme facilitation
- Industry collaboration
- Strategic mentorship support
- Startup-focused events and programs
- Manage the day-to-day operations of TBI NIET
- Assist the Head TBI NIET in the smooth running of incubation activities
- Draft and write proposals for Government and CSR grants
- Coordinate between startups and other key stakeholders
- Support execution of incubation programs, startup initiatives, and related ecosystem activities
Qualification
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering / Technology
- Master s in Management will be preferred
Preferred Skills
- Minimum 3 years of full time work experience in the incubation or startup ecosystem
- Proven track record in facilitating startup mentoring, funding, industry collaboration, and research / IPR support
- Experience in proposal writing and execution of Government schemes
