Manager - Talent Acquisition

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our onsite recruiting team. In this role, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment processes, develop strong relationships with hiring managers, and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies

Create compelling job descriptions and employment brand messaging

Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referral programs

Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules

Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate data

Provide regular recruitment metrics and status updates to leadership

Represent the company at recruitment events and career fairs

Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and competitive intelligence





Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting

Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and applicant tracking systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience with sourcing techniques and strategies

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with talent acquisition in our industry

Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques

Experience with diversity and inclusion recruiting initiatives

Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)

Work Environment

This is an onsite position requiring regular presence in our office location. Some flexibility may be available depending on business needs.
