Job Summary

Our Supplier Governance Center of Excellence (CoE) is responsible for the governance, oversight and strategic management of Macquarie Asset Managements (MAM) third-party supplier ecosystem. The team works closely with senior stakeholders and service providers to drive risk management, supplier performance, operating model enhancement and strategic transformation initiatives across the supplier governance framework.

What role will you play

In this role, you will play a key role in overseeing MAMs supplier governance framework and driving initiatives that enhance supplier performance, risk management and operational effectiveness.



You will work closely with senior stakeholders across MAM and external service providers to deliver governance outcomes, process improvement and operating model transformation initiatives.

What you offer

- 8+ years of experience within Asset Management, Financial Services, Supplier Governance, Third Party Risk Management, Procurement Governance, Consulting, Transformation or related functions.

- CA or B.Tech or MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

- Experience managing supplier governance, third party risk, service provider oversight or outsourcing governance frameworks.

- Robust experience engaging with senior stakeholders and driving outcomes across complex global organisations.

- Exposure to supplier management, third-party service providers or operating model transformation initiatives would be advantageous.
