We have been mandated by a large conglomerate into textile business for the below mention position.

Position: Manager / Sr Manager - Quality ( Black belt six sigma champion )

Qualification: Any Graduate with Black belt six sigma

Experience: 8+ Years

Location : Pune

Quality metrics (FPY, Uptime, Off-Grade, Cp/Ppk):

- Define, measure, and deploy unit-level metrics; direct immediate corrective actions; conduct shop-floor audits with QC/Lab; find root causes of variation and set standards to sustain gains.

Process capability:

- Analyze Cp/Ppk of process and product parameters using statistical tools; build and improve MSA protocols; implement SPC where appropriate.

Customer experience:

- Analyze complaints and feedback, benchmark against competitors,



and drive corrective/preventive actions toward trade leadership in product quality.

Digitalization:

- Drive unit/central digital initiatives that add value or solve operational pain points.

Capability building:

- Train employees in Six Sigma and statistical tools, promote data-based decision making, and deliver Six Sigma/QI projects on time with the chartered advantages.

Learning & sharing:

- Benchmark best-performing parameters across all fiber sites and speed up replication of best practices to reduce variation and improve capability.
