About Job:

This cross-functional role covers the complete operational cycle, including customer orders, procurement, inventory, production coordination, repairs/RMA, invoicing and dispatch, along with accounting coordination and statutory compliance.

The successful candidate will ensure that activities are properly planned, assigned, followed up and completed within agreed deadlines while maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the company's ERP system.

Structured training will be provided on company processes, operational methodology, ERP/Odoo workflows, internal procedures and quality standards.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations and administration
- Experience in manufacturing, electronics,



engineering or a technical workplace preferred
- Practical experience in PO/SO management, procurement, inventory, invoicing and dispatch
- Experience coordinating teams and multiple operational priorities
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS procedures in India
- Odoo, production planning, BOM management or Repairs/RMA experience is an advantage

Industry:

Electronics/Semiconductor (Manufacturing) or Relevant

Qualifications

UG/PG in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Engineering Management or a related field.
