● Strong knowledge of injection mold design for rubber Material such as O-rings, seals, gaskets.

● understanding of injection gate design, runner balancing, and flow simulation for rubber materials.

● Solid knowledge of compression mould design for rubber components including O-rings, seals, gaskets, and diaphragms.

● Rubber Material Expertise – Knowledge of rubber compounds and vulcanization.

● Mold Design Proficiency – Understanding of shrinkage, venting, and tool life in mold design.

● Process Optimization – Familiarity with extrusion, milling, molding, and bonding techniques.

● Manufacturability Feedback – Ability to improve product designs for production efficiency.

● Data-Driven Decision Making – Use of analytics and testing for process improvements.

● Cross-Functional Communication – Collaboration with teams in India and the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design elastomer parts and molds for rubber applications.

● Develop and optimize tooling for compression, transfer, and injection molding.

● Collaborate closely with U.S. engineering team on product and process development.

● Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities in tooling and processes.

● Specify and validate materials for rubber components, including custom compound recommendations.

● Provide technical support for rubber-to-metal bonding applications.

● Troubleshoot molding processes and lead continuous improvement efforts.

● Maintain comprehensive documentation, including CAD drawings, mold designs, and technical specifications.

● Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
