? Position: Manager – Sales & CRM (Salesforce)

? Location: Andheri, Mumbai

? Qualification: Graduate, preferably in Chemistry, with MBA in Marketing / International Business

? Experience: Min 5 Years

? Salary: Upto15 LPA (Not limited for Right Candidate)

⭐ Key Skills Required:

✅ Experience in Sales & Distribution Administration in the Chemical Industry

✅ Mandatory knowledge of SAP and Salesforce CRM

✅ Knowledge of Fine Chemicals, Speciality Chemicals, Personal & Healthcare Chemicals, Triazine-Based Chemicals or UV Absorbers

✅ Knowledge of International Business Operations and Exports

✅ Experience in Distributor Management and Customer Relationship Management

? Job Responsibilities:





? Manage sales and distribution administration for industrial chemicals.

? Coordinate with internal Sales, Marketing, Logistics teams and distributors to ensure smooth business operations.

? Monitor customer and distributor performance, sales targets and actual sales, and follow up on target achievement.

? Track customer visits and follow-up activities to generate business.

? Handle distributor documentation, including NDAs, distributor agreements, supply agreements and exclusivity agreements.

? Manage daily email correspondence, coordination and support for distributors and the internal sales team.

? Preferred Location: Western Mumbai, preferably near Andheri.
