- Quality Assurance Oversight: Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, standards, and policies to maintain product or service quality

- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure quality objectives are met

- Quality Control: Establish quality control measures, conduct inspections, and implement testing protocols to identify defects or discrepancies in products or services

- Process Improvement: Analyze QA processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and certifications relevant to the product or service being delivered

- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production,



development, and operations to address quality issues and implement corrective actions

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Sciences, or related fields

- Substantial experience in QA roles, with progressive experience demonstrating leadership and management capabilities

- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices

- Familiarity with quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc) and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
