- 7+ years of experience in IT Services and support.
- 3+ years of experience in ITSM Process lead role.

- Proven experience in managing SLAs, OLAs and KPIs.
- Familiarity with digital workplace technologies and service catalogs.
- Experience with ITSM platforms and processes (incident, change, service request, etc.).

- Exposure to digital persona and journey mapping.
- Solid problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
