Role & responsibilities

1.Drive solutions to reduce eliminate any gaps in plans preventing meeting order schedule, including assisting in sourcing materials as required.

2.Ensure Schedule as per marketing plan every month

3.Work with Materials department to avoid production line stoppage and plan RM for Recent product development

Preferred candidate profile

1.Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products.

2.Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

3.Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.

4.Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish within cost.

5.Obtain output information, number of finished products, percentage of defectives.

6.Prepare and submit status and performance reports

7.Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption

8.Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other co-ordinating departments.

9.Analyze customer demand information, forecast, orders,



labor, and material availability

10.Identify software procedural improvements to the Operations process to eliminate waste

11.Track material shortages and provide immediate resolution.
