Role & responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

- Hands-on expertise in plant maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
- Strong knowledge of TPM, ISO/OHSAS standards, Kaizen, 5S methodologies, and MTTR/MTBF metrics.
- Overseeing corrective, predictive, breakdown, and preventive maintenance processes.
- Conduct daily and weekly inspections to maintain consistent and uninterrupted site operations.
- Develop and implement the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed and any missed tasks are rescheduled promptly.
- Manages the end-to-end installation of current machinery and equipment, from specification development and supplier coordination to full commissioning.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions to prevent recurring problems.
- Proficient in maintaining electrical and automation systems, including AC/DC drives, VFDs, PLCs, stepper and servo motors, induction motors, solenoid valves, sensors, pumps, and conveyors.
