Key Responsibilities:

A. IT Infrastructure &

- Network Management

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, servers, routers, switches, and end-user systems.

- Monitor network performance, system availability, and server uptime to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

- Oversee hardware and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.

- Manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure, virtualization, IT assets, software licenses, and equipment lifecycle.

- Implement infrastructure improvements to enhance reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.

B. ERP Management &

- Business Process Automation

- Lead ERP strategy, implementation,configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support in line with business requirements.

- Collaborate with Production, Sales, Finance, HR, and other functional heads to streamline workflows and automate business processes.

- Oversee ERP module integration, database performance, master data accuracy, and access controls.

- Coordinate with ERP vendors and implementation partners for customization, troubleshooting, upgrades, and current module deployment.

- Establish ERP documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user training programs to improve system adoption.

C. Cybersecurity, Data Protection &

- IT Compliance

- Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and governance frameworks aligned with applicable standards and organizational requirements.

- Strengthen cybersecurity through firewalls, endpoint protection, access controls, encryption, and vulnerability management.

- Conduct periodic IT risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability testing.

- Ensure regular data backups, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity arrangements,



including periodic testing.

- Monitor compliance with applicable IT laws, data protection requirements, and internal audit standards.

D. IT Strategy, Governance &

- Budgeting

- Develop and execute the IT roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives and digital transformation priorities.

- Prepare and manage the annual IT budget, control expenditure, and evaluate returns on technology investments.

- Establish IT policies, documentation standards, service-level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve productivity, security, and cost efficiency.

- Maintain effective IT governance, vendor accountability, and technology risk management.

E. IT Projects &

- Digital Transformation

- Lead IT projects involving infrastructure expansion, ERP implementation, cloud migration, and business process automation.

- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource requirements in coordination with stakeholders.

- Monitor project execution to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and compliance with approved budgets.

- Conduct technology feasibility assessments and prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for management approval.

- Manage relationships with technology vendors, OEMs, system integrators, and external consultants.

F. Team Leadership &

- Development

- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to ensure effective service delivery and timely resolution of technical issues.

- Define team objectives, performance indicators, and accountability standards.

- Build a service-oriented culture focused on system reliability, user satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

- Identify skill gaps and arrange training in networking, cybersecurity, ERP, cloud technologies, and system administration.
