Role Description: The Manager – Internal Audit is a full-time, in office role based at Mar Sleeva Medicity Palai in Palai. This role oversees the internal audit function, including planning, executing, and reporting on audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes across the hospital. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing internal controls, reviewing accounting and financial records, identifying risk areas, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency, transparency, and regulatory compliance.

The Manager – Internal Audit collaborates with finance, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure timely resolution of audit findings and promotes a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The role also involves preparing audit documentation, presenting findings to senior management, and supporting the development and implementation of audit policies and procedures.

Experience:

- 8 – 10 years of experience with at least 2 years as an Internal Auditor from an accredited hospital.
