Responsible for developing various loyalty programs for painter and paint contractor. Maximize the painter base and registrations

Responsible for developing engagement programs for Architects / Interior decorators.

Design Training programs for Influencers i.e. Painter, Paint contractors and Architects / Interior decorators.

Track loyalty scores of influencer through research.

Keep track on competitive activity of influencer and submit regular MIS.

Organize product / scheme launch meets.





Design on-the-ground market/geography specific influencer strategies to generate demand.

Manage the Painter Call Center and review the effectivness

Develop effective training content

Ensure enrolment and participation of painters in conjunction with sales

Execution of Painter training programs
