key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendace,leave,and employee records.
- Handle payroll processing, salary calculations, and full and final settlements.
- Manage PF, ESI, qualified tax, and applicable labour law compliance.ain
- Coordinate salary payments, payroll reconciliation, and employee-related accounts.
- Maintain statutory registers, compliance records, and audit documentation.
- prepare monthly HR MIS, payroll reports, and manpower cost statements.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline, MBA HR or relevant experience preferred.
*Practical knowledge of HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, and accounts
