Key Responsibilities:

Accounting and Reporting

- Oversee day-to-day accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure books of accounts are accurate, complete and up to date, and complete the monthly, quarterly and annual closing on time.
- Prepare and present monthly MIS, financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and variance analysis for management.

Budgeting and Cost Control

- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, and track actual spending against them.
- Monitor project and product costing, identify cost overruns, and suggest ways to reduce cost.
- Support management with financial analysis for pricing, tenders and business decisions.

Cash Flow and Treasury

- Manage cash flow, working capital and fund planning, including vendor payments and customer collections.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and keep the debtor and creditor ageing under control.
- Manage banking relationships, including loans,



credit limits and guarantees.

Compliance and Audit

- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESIC, Professional Tax and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors and tax consultants, and close audit observations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and the Companies Act, as applicable.

Controls and Team Management

- Set up and maintain internal controls, approval limits and financial policies.
- Verify invoices, purchase orders, GRNs and payments before processing (three-way matching).
- Manage fixed assets and inventory records, along with the Stores and Purchase teams.
- Lead, train and review the work of the Accounts team, and ensure proper segregation of duties.
- Manage the accounting software or ERP (such as Tally, Zoho Books or SAP) and improve processes through automation.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
