- Role: Manager – F&A; (Finance & Accounts)
- Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
- Reporting To: Head Finance
- Key Requirements:
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience: 0–3 years of post-qualification experience in Accounts & Finance
- Industry Preference: Multi-location/multi-branch operations, preferably in the Automotive or Commercial Vehicle industry
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, and MS Excel
- Knowledge Base: Robust understanding of taxation, compliance, and internal controls

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall accounting operations across all branches in Maharashtra.
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Oversee AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, PF, ESIC).
- Coordinate audits and implement internal controls.
- Lead and develop the state accounts team.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per month
