This position oversees day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repair coordination, safety compliance, and housekeeping standards across the school premises. The role involves managing vendor relationships, supervising support staff, and ensuring classrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces are functional, safe, and well-maintained.

The manager will track facility-related budgets,



monitor inventory and utilities, and prepare regular reports for school leadership. The role also includes handling facility-related queries, supporting events and examinations with logistical arrangements, and ensuring a positive experience for students, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Facility Management (FM) and Property Management skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Budgeting and Administration skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Service and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates should possess experience supervising teams and coordinating with vendors and contractors.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in basic computer applications and report preparation; prior experience in educational institutions is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess a relevant diploma or degree in facilities management, administration, or a related field.
